Irvine Property Management, Inc. has been serving central Orange County’s residential property management needs for nearly 30 years. Originating in the late 1970’s, Irvine Property Management was started when some families who lived in Irvine were transferred out of the country. Not wanting to part with their "gold" California real estate, they asked the realtor who sold them their home to "keep an eye it" for them while they were away . . . . thus the birth of Irvine Property Management. Since that time the company has grown to the point that today IPM manages over 320 homes, condominiums and duplexes all around Orange County with their hub being in Irvine.  Our Property Management team members are licensed Realtors and have vast experience in all areas of the Property Management field.

Gary Sully manages and oversees the day to day operations at Irivne Property Management, Inc. Gary has a diverse backround in the field of Real Estate and Property Management along with sound professional experience. Gary has been in the Real Estate field for over 28 years specializing in residential and commercial sales and property management for both homeowners and businesses alike. A California native, Gary has spent his career mostly concerntrating his efforts on Real Estate in Orange County, California. Gary earned a BS degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is an active member of the Newport Beach and South County Board of Realtors and a member of the Apartment Association of Orange County.  He grew up in Tustin, California and today resides there with his family.
